Nickelodeon Magazine Announces Winners of Comics Awards

Nickelodeon Magazine, the print companion to the cable television network for children and pre-adolescents, has announced the winners for its first Comics Awards, honoring some of the industry’s best works for kids, as voted for by over 17,000 young readers.
Featuring such categories as Favorite Graphic Novel, Favorite Comic Series, Cutest Comic Character, Grossest Thing in Comics and more, the Nick Magazine Comic Awards gives a voice to the medium’s younger fans, allowing them to determine the best the comic industry has to offer.
Winners include Abrams’ Diary of a Wimpy Kid for Favorite Graphic Novel, Bongo Comics’ Simpsons Comics for Favorite Comic Book Series; Viz’s Pokemon Adventures for Favorite Manga Series; Scholastic’s Bone for Favorite Fantasy Graphic Novel and more!
